PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports. Remove a corresponding forward wheel.
2. Using чертилку, note position of the spherical hinge on steering draught.
3. Fix steering draught and unscrew a counternut of the spherical hinge on a turn quarter. Do not move a counternut from this position as it will serve as a reference point at installation of the new spherical hinge.
4. Unscrew a nut of fastening of the spherical hinge to a rotary fist.
5. Remove the spherical hinge from a rotary fist.
6. Screw together the spherical hinge from steering draught, having counted exact number of turns of the spherical hinge.
7. Count number of full coils of a carving between the end of the spherical hinge and a counternut. If it is necessary to establish the new spherical hinge, screw together from the old hinge a counternut.
8. Carefully clear the spherical hinge and its carving. If the hinge has люфт or its protective cover is damaged, it is necessary to replace it.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. If the new spherical hinge of steering draught is established, screw on it a counternut on that quantity of coils which was on the old spherical hinge at removal.
2. Screw up the spherical hinge in steering draught on the same number of turns, as at removal. Thus, the counternut on the hinge should be established on a quarter of a turn from steering draught.
3. Establish a pin of the spherical hinge in a rotary fist, fix a new nut and tighten its demanded moment.
4. Establish a wheel and lower the car.
5. Check up and, if necessary, adjust corners of installation of forward wheels. After that tighten a counternut of the spherical hinge of steering draught.
